This Hansa Highlights Tour from 20 to 27 August on the ship De Holland, has been a very good experience and may be recomended without restriction. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the tour leader (Tom) who really did a “minimum” service! He was not particulary sympathic, nerver showing any empathy towards us (we were a group of 6 persons); among other: not enquiring about our journey when coming back on the boat, neither wishing “good day” on the morning; in short, not friendly at all!
